Lynn Hoban is an accomplished marketing professional.  She has contributed to and led more than 50 client businesses spanning many categories including multi-unit consumer retail/restaurants, professional services, healthcare, education, hospitality and non-profit.  Lynn’s greatest strength is her ability to get things done and to make things happen. She excels at learning new things.  Lynn is a leader and an innovator with outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong desire to help others succeed.

Most recently, Lynn served as VP of Marketing & Brand Development for The Simple Greek, a $30M multi-unit, fast casual Greek restaurant chain.  At The Simple Greek, Lynn led the brand management, marketing and new product development functions of the company.  She established the Social Media Department and achieved a 95% franchise owner engagement rate on Facebook and Instagram.  She also directed the creation and systemwide implementation for TSG’s new mobile ordering and loyalty rewards App, powered by LevelUp.

From 2012-2016, Lynn was VP of Marketing for OTS Holdings, a national staffing company with Light Industrial, Property Management and Human Resource Outsourcing divisions. There Lynn established the marketing function for the company from scratch.  She led the creation and deployment of the firm’s corporate identity and value proposition for five business units.  She also landed a $2MM new Light Industrial staffing services account in her first year on the job.

In Lynn’s role as VP of Marketing for Rita’s Franchise Company from 2006-2011, Lynn raised $2.5MM for Alex’s Lemonade Stand.  She led the team that invented Rita’s Swedish Fish Italian Ice.  Lynn founded Rita’s online Birthday Club and established Rita’s Social Networking Department.  She helped the franchise grow from 250 to 550 stores during her tenure.

Prior to Lynn’s client-side leadership roles, she spent 20 years in the advertising world at well-respected full-service marketing communications agencies including Earle Palmer Brown and The STAR Group. 

Lynn has also volunteered her time and talents to worthy causes including Glassboro Center for the Performing Arts, Temple University’s Innovation & Entrepreneur Institute BYOBB Mentor Program, United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey’s Communications Committee and The Camden Area Health Education Center.  Currently, Lynn serves as a Director on the Board and as an Executive Committee member for Beacon, a 600-member business networking association.  In 2017, Lynn earned a Mini-MBA in Social Media Marketing from Rutgers University.  In 2016, she earned a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University.  Lynn is a Certified Staffing Professional and is OSHA General Industry-certified.  Currently, Lynn is an adjunct instructor at Temple University in Philadelphia, where she teaches Digital Media & Advertising.  Lynn earned a B.A. in Communications/Advertising from Shippensburg University in 1986.
